Business Problem

  • Our client was navigating through several challenges, including modernizing outdated quality assurance (QA) practices for the digital era and dealing with a fragmented QA organization that relied on antiquated processes and tools.
  • Ask from or client was to streamline their current testing landscape with the aim to improve software quality, scalability and lower testing cycle time for new releases.
  • Key issue identified: no central test case repository, underutilized test management tool, absence of QA metrics & KPIs, and limited automation

Approach

  • Our Quality Engineering team worked closely with the client to build an end-to-end testing strategy, that leveraged generative AI (GenAI) to drive the transformation.
  • We built GenAI-based accelerators to automatically generate test assets, that helped in rapidly deploying automations and accelerated the testing cycles
  • Through a combination of global delivery, Quality Engineering Center of Excellence (CoE), and managed services, we helped transition to ‘one consolidated quality engineering team’, building efficiencies of scale, standardization, and benchmarked KPIs
