51fud03dokL._SY466_Q: Can you share with us an interesting fact about yourself?

In my free time, I get into creative pursuits such as writing and filmmaking.

I've self-published a children's book called "Dart" on Amazon, dabbled in horror movie production, and successfully optioned several screenplays to major studios.

Q: When you were young, what did you want to be when you grew up?

As a child, my dream was to become an inventor.

Q: Tell me about somebody from your past who has greatly influenced your work or personal life and why they've influenced you.

Dyke Simpson, my hiring manager at Barclaycard US, profoundly influenced me. He emphasized the value of trust and the importance of getting things done. He allowed me to work autonomously. He silently observed my performance, providing valuable input that shaped me into the leader I am today.

Q: What work experiences in the past give you the most insight into your current position?

Two previous roles have given me a lot of insight into my current role. The first was my experiences as an Enterprise Content Management consultant, I specialized in winning business for large software companies.

The second experience was in managing engineering and architecture at IKEA, this experience further equipped me to address the major challenges faced by retailers today.

Q: Why did you decide to come to Genzeon?

I was drawn to Genzeon's entrepreneurial spirit and the exceptional strength and depth of the team. The chance to contribute to the growth of the retail practice, alongside amazing colleagues, was a compelling opportunity. In our work environment, we encourage open communication, trust, and transparency, making it a place where your ideas and opinions matter. I'm grateful to be part of a team with smart and capable colleagues, and I feel a genuine effort to understand and connect with each individual.

At Genzeon, we do things differently when it comes to hiring. We focus on the person, not just the job they're doing.
