  • We leveraged process mining to discover workflows, identified over 100+ automation opportunities through interviews, sized ideas on cost/speed/UX impact and prioritized the high value opportunities.
  • These opportunities then went through optimization leveraging design thinking before reimagining them through leveraging RPA, NLP, custom ML and API integration.
  • We conducted change management and utilized phased rollout to help build their internal automation Center of Excellence (COE) and operationalize the solutions, achieving the target operating model in 12 months.
